Working for a 3D Interior Design company for the past few years has involved creating 3D models of hundreds of products designed by various large and small interior design clients. These models vary in size and complexity, from very organic, designer sinks to fairly standard cupboards. All models, however, must be made to the clients very specific measurements, down to the millimeter. Also, as the models are used in a 3D environment that the user can fly around, polygon counts need to be kept low.
Once the models have been brought into the 3D environment and arranged by the user accordingly, they can then be rendered using FinalRender, a renderer that creates very realistic images. This way, the user can see what their room will look like without having to physically do anything in the real world.
Below are an example of such renders that have been produced during employment.
