"Soul" was the product of the combined effort of a small team during the second year of university study. It acted as an introduction to Games Production, mixing programming and art students from the university on the same project. Our team decided to develop the idea of "Soul", an epic RPG in which the player takes on the role of Rico, the last mortal man in a world where immortality is sucking the life from the rest of the universe. Using his unique powers, he must put a stop to mankind's selfish immortality before it brings an end to the entire universe!

For the module, the team had to create a lengthy Games Design document detailing all aspects of the game such as storyline, levels, budget, marketing strategies, artwork, etc. The individual role taken on this project was to help develop the storyline of the game as well as some of the levels (as you can see in the document below) as well as a marketing strategy. You can see some of the teaser posters creating for the marketing purposes, as well as an early teaser trailer created with little experience of 3DS Max.
